Parkour, Trampoline, Tricking, in Boulder, CO. Parkour is the discipline of moving efficiently through any environment, utilizing proper jumping, landing, vaulting, and climbing techniques to move about safely, plus flipping and tricking movements to create an exciting path from A to B. When getting started, students learn the basics of balance and coordination. As a whole-body discipline, they develop strength and an understanding of their limitations. They learn to cope with distractions and focus on target to accomplish goals. Come to Superhuman Academy to take advantage of our foam pit, trampolines, and parkour structures. We do open gym sessions, private lessons, classes, day school programs, and events like birthday parties.
