Scott is a lawyer with twenty-five years of significant and varied experience. Prior to opening the Summers Law Office, PLLC, Scott was a partner in one of the largest law firms in West Virginia. Scotts litigation experience includes the representation of individuals and companies in a variety of claims involving catastrophic injury and death; workplace injuries; premises liability; mass litigation; toxic tort; products liability; blasting cases; motor vehicle accidents; trucking accidents; medical malpractice; property damage; estate litigation; contract claims and a variety of other tort and general liability claims.
