We are Zumbajear! (Arlene & Jerome - a husband and wife fitness team) here in Jacksonville, Florida. We own and operate our own group fitness studio called STUDIO JEAR! We offer Zumba® Fitness, Yoga, Self Defense/Martial Arts, Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids ages 3- 10) and BodyPump (weight training). We've have on site massage therapists as well as on site baby sitting services (Fun Center!) NO MEMBERSHIP FEES! NO CONTRACTS! NO KIDDING! What is Zumba? ZUMBA® is a fusion of Latin and International music and dance themes creating a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba® utilizes the principals of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. We have the best team of certified instructors in the City of Jacksonville!
