The "108 Asanas" is a physically challenging series from both strength and a flexibility perspective. At Studio 108, the full spectrum of yoga is covered, from complete relaxation to an aggressive yoga practice that gives you a complete challenging workout. When you add holistic healing, nutritional counseling using yoga practice and yoga techniques you have a space that caters to creating a community focused on total well-being. Our studio is open 7 days offering a variety of classes every day including our popular Hot Lunch Hour classes. We offer Hot 108, Hot & Warm Flow, Our Signature Funky Flow, Power Flow, Beginner classes, Restorative Flow, and Missy White's 108 Asanas Beginner & Advanced Series.
