We are a locally owned and operated professional hunting lease company based out of Pittsburgh. We specialize in connecting landowners with responsible sportsmen in mutually beneficial relationships. You, as the landowner do not need to do anything. We do everything for you! The benefits of leasing the hunting rights of your property are as follows: • Supplement your income. 90% of leases renew each year. Steady flow of annual income! • Every lease includes a professionally written agreement and a liability insurance policy. This policy protects both the landowner and the sportsmen. No need to worry! • Know exactly who is permitted to be on your property. All of our leases specify each lessee along with their contact info. You will have complete control knowing exactly who is permitted on your property. • Deter trespassers and poachers. Hunters involved with a professional lease have a vested interest in your property. They treat it with the same respect as if it was their own including protecting the property from intruders and making it known that the property is being managed under a professional lease. • Conserve and manage the natural wildlife of the property. • Prevent crop & property damage by maintaining the wildlife populations. • Predator control. • We donate a portion of proceeds to outdoor related organizations such as the NWTF, Ducks Unlimited and other local conservancy groups.
