White Properties of Winchester, Inc. ,first opened its doors in 1985 specializing in property management and self storage, dba. Storage Solutions. Over the years we have grown to be the premier self storage business in the area, operating four self storage facilities with over 1,200 storage units. We have set the standards in self storage, offering climate and non-climate units that are clean and secure (computerized gate systems). We also offer two office locations for your convenience. Storage Solutions will be installing a Insomniac Kiosk at their Eastgate Location this fall. We pride ourselves by setting new trends in our market place and the Insomniac Kiosk will set the pace for things to come in the self storage business. Stay tuned for further announcements. (The kiosks enables customers to rent units, make payments, purchase locks, and update their accounts 24 hours a day at their convenience). Record Solutions evolved from the realization that a number of our self-storage customers needed space for their inactive records. Opening in 1991, we are the only facility in Winchester offering document storage utilizing state-of-the-art technology, barcode and tracking systems. We proudly serve the majority of our "healthcare" community offices, as well as legal, accounting, banks, schools universities and other small businesses in the area. We are a member of Prism and NAID and meet the federal mandated HIPPA requirements. In the spring of 2001, White Properties was licensed by the Virginia Board of Pharmacy to warehouse and deliver medical supplies up to and including Schedule VI drugs. "Just in Time" Warehousing offers another solution to the Winchester community to free up valuable storage space while at the same time cutting down on shipping and manpower cost. We also opened our Mail-n-Pack retail operation in 2001. Our customers expressed a need for packaging for both self-storage and record storage and we tied in with that need shipping, mail services, and mail boxes to complete our retail mail & packaging business. We offer FedEx, USPS, DHL International, notary, faxing and copy center. Our next business growth opportunity was Secure Shred. Shredding was a natural move for White Properties and our RS customers needs to meet the HIPPA, FACTa, GLB federal mandated requirements for document destruction. We currently offer off-site and on-site Document Destruction services for the greater Northern Virginia and Eastern Panhandle Of West Virginia.
