At Stevens Health Care & Rehab Center, caring really does make a difference! We focus our efforts on giving our residents not only the highest quality of care, but also the highest quality of life. We are constantly searching for new and exciting ways to make our residents feel more at home while they are with us, but our ultimate goal is to get our residents back home to be with their families. We help our residents to take back and maintain the highest level of independence by providing 24-hour skilled nursing care and rehabilitative therapies. When they are not in therapy, our residents are able to take part in activities such as trivia challenges, exercise, sing-alongs, and table games. You can rest assured that when your loved one comes to us, they are being care for by some of the most compassionate and knowledgeable staff in the business.
