We treat them as employees should be treated. The housekeeping industry, nationwide, is notorius for cutting corners. When our employee’s are in you home you can be assurred they are covered under workman’s compensation insurance and liability insurance. If they are injured while working or break something, we have it covered. Stainless Housekeeping provides all the supplies, free of charge to our cleaners and they are also compensated for fuel. It has been our pleasure to find happy employees produce happy clients. Making Clients Our Priority Cleaning someone’s home is a tricky endevor. It is our goal to balance clients needs while considering the costs involved. The staff at Stainless Housekeeping will be happy to give you an estimate over the phone. Once the appointment is booked and we have arrived at the home, if there are any variances, we get in touch with our clients right away. We will never purposely under-bid a job, just so we can send you a large bill later. Communication is key. Whether you want your home completely maintained or just a few hours of work done, we are happy to accommodate you. We will bring all the supplies needed to clean your home. The only thing you will need to provide us is your vacuum. After finding out what your priorities are we match you with a cleaner(s) that will get to know your home. There will not be a different crew of people each time to instruct. Your cleaner will learn where you keep all your garbage cans, trash liners, light bulbs and toilet paper rolls.
