The company uses a dispatch oven to heat its components to 130 degrees Celsius or 266 degrees Fahrenheit before they are flash frozen. Each tube assembly is pressure and leak tested throughout the entire testing process. Spiral Industries is headquartered in Howell, Mich. The building consists of 50,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space as well as 5,000 square feet of offices.
