The Spay Neuter Veterinary Clinic of the Sandhills (SNVC) is a high quality, high volume, low cost spay neuter clinic. The mission of SNVC is to reduce pet overpopulation and increase the quality of life for pets through increasing accessibility to spay, neuter and wellness services to cats and dogs in our area. SNVC works with area animal shelters, rescues, and individual pet owners to provide affordable pet surgeries in North Carolina to achieve our mission. Starting January 2021 SNVC will be at a new building in Fayetteville NC! The Fayetteville location will allow us to offer wellness services, such as vaccines and preventative care. We are now taking appointments for the Fayetteville location in addition to appointments for the remainder of 2020 in Vass. The Spay Neuter Clinic opened at the original location of Vass, NC on December 10, 2007 and was founded by Dr. Joseph Currie, with support from the Companion Animal Clinic Foundation. In 2014, Dr. Cindy Eaton took over ownership of the clinic from Dr. Currie, which was a natural transition since she had been managing the practice since 2008. SNVC has grown so much since 2007 and has performed more than 80,000 high quality, low cost spay and neuter surgeries since that date.
