Southern's equipment is designed and manufactured to comply with today's health, sanitation and safety standards. Its products are tested by ETL for certification to the current NSF-7 standards. Southern is a member of the Commercial Refrigeration Manufacturers' Division of ARI and manufactures cases that meet the rigorous sanitation standards of CRMD.
