Our approach is a little bit different. We’re not just about buying and selling commercial properties. We see the business as a four step process and it looks like this
Step One - find investors and pool funds.
Step Two - identify and purchase properties.
Step Three - manage properties from top to bottom.
Step Four - sell properties when the time is right… and then repeat the process.
Our business is built on this model. What we learn each day in the marketplace we leverage to earn you a good return. That’s what we do, that’s all we do. Our journey began in January of 1997. We thought Charleston might offer an opportunity for us to manage commercial property, as there appeared to be a shortage of professional management firms in the area. Turns out we were right, and almost immediately we were given our chance, and we jumped on it. We worked hard and we did well. Word spread and our roster of managed properties grew, and so did our skills.
Success gave us reason to learn about the leasing business, and it taught us about how best to buy and sell commercial properties. So we learned by doing. We got better and better. And most importantly, we became successful at serving investor/client needs; all the time not losing sight of the fact that property management was, and is, the core center of our business … the life-blood that runs through our veins every day.
Currently we manage and lease in excess of 350,000 square feet of commercial space and that number seems to grow each day. So here's what we do, we lease, we manage, we buy and we sell properties for clients, people like you. We are happy to announce that we have a CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER® on Staff. Having a CPM means that we have someone who can do more than building maintenance. CPM professionals are trained to streamline operations and take your ROI to new levels.
