Founded in 1969, the South Bay Family Healthcare Center is a nonprofit, federally qualified medical care facility. It provides primary health care and preventive services to underserved individuals and families. The center offers disease diagnosis, treatment, follow-up care, laboratory, and medication and chronic illness management services.
