Sound-n-Secure, Inc. was established in 1997. Melissa Pingue became President/CEO & 100% Owner in 2006. In 2007 Sound-n-Secure, Inc. became certified as a Delaware WBE by the OMWBE. Robert Pingue is the Project Engineer and has over 35 years of experience in the Electronics Industry. Our Technicians are licensed and trained professionals that have gone through extensive training for each of the Manufacturers that we install. Sound-n-Secure, Inc. provides sales, service, installation, and integration of CCTV, security, access, A/V and Sound systems. We can design and install a system of any size to meet the needs of the customer. We work with the customer and educate them on what would best fit their needs. After we install a system, we provide training for the customer and their staff on how the system works and how it needs to be maintained. Customer satisfaction is very important, so every installation includes two years of 24/7-365 support at no additional cost. We can be contacted at any time with any question and /or problem. Most of the equipment that we install comes with a one to three year warranty. Loaner equipment is also available with most of our systems, if needed, while waiting for repairs or replacements. Our strongest belief is that security means 'SECURITY. We will not install a system that gives the illusion of security.
