We are building a brand new Sola Salon Studios location from the ground up on the major commercial corridor of Riverdale, our second location in Anoka County! Our new plot of land is located in the Riverdale trade area, adjacent to Dick’s Sporting Goods/Best Buy, and faces Highway 10. Our salon suites are conveniently located at Hwy 10 and Round Lake Blvd, minutes from Hwy 169, providing clients and stylists easy access from many directions. This location will be our flagship salon for the Twin Cities’ North metro and serve the surrounding communities of Coon Rapids, Anoka, Champlin, Blaine, Osseo, Maple Grove, Brooklyn Park, Andover, Ramsey, more!
We are BEYOND EXCITED to share our Sola love with the north metro and to help 50 more cosmetologists become their own bosses. The property is also large enough for us to add many upscale features including a picnic area outside, a white marble Grand Foyer, an oversized breakroom/lounge with a meditation room, a separate quiet spa corridor, insane natural light with 2/3 of the studios having an exterior window, more!

It will feature 47 individual studio salon suites (31 of those with a large exterior window!), perfect for hairstylists, estheticians, make-up artists, eyelash and eyebrow artists, nail technicians, massage therapists, and a range of other professionals in the cosmetology industry. Studio salon suites range in square footage with both single and double chair studios available. They are move-in-ready and equipped with shampoo bowls, cabinets, and shelving fixtures - everything you need to open your salon in no time!
