General Info:

We have been doing business as Skinner Land Survey Co., Inc since 1997 in the Canyon County and Owhyee County area, with occasional work in Payette and Ada Counties. The Grangeville office has been a part of Skinner Land Survey since April of 2003 and covers Idaho and Lewis Counties with an occasional job in Clearwater or Adams County. We include a variety of disciplines in our area of expertise, among which are surveys for property boundaries, subdivisions - both municipal and rural, mining claim retracement, topographic, aerial photo control, construction staking, field design for roads and drainage, FEMA certifications and reports of various types. When necessary, we also become involved in planning and zoning issues and compliance with county and municipal ordinances where related to surveying and subdividing. Most of our field work is done using RTK GPS, but occasionally it is necessary to use Nikon total stations when in heavy tree canopy. Everything is computerized from field to the final maps which are generated with Autocad.
