Would you like to train with staffs who know your neighborhood because it's their neighborhood, too? Welcome to 6 Elements of Fitness. We are a small company with a big heart. Our highly trained staff are friendly and possess a great amount of knowledge pertaining to health. We do not build false promises nor do we deter hope. If you are looking for a home away from home then look no further. At 6 Elements Of Fitness, our clients are treated like family and we are willing to go the extra mile if you are willing to go with us. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build muscle, get more flexible, or simply get stronger...we can help. We offer free weights and strength training, personal training programs, calisthenics, a wide variety of cardio machines, core training, isometrics, plyometrics, Self Defense classes, Boxing Instruction, Martial Arts Training, Kids Fitness programs and much more. All of our trainers are fully certified and insured. We also offer home and office visits to those who are not able to come to our facility. At 6 Elements of Fitness we offer $5.00 per day to work out or $55.00 for the month. There are no yearly memberships. Our primary focus is personal training for both men and women and with your budget in mind; we keep our personal training rates extremely affordable.
