Since 2004, Site Reliability has served customers in the Houston and Southeast Texas area in the selection and application of power, control/monitoring systems and ancillary devices for critical site applications. A complimentary product line including uninterruptible power systems, power distribution, TVSS, harmonic mitigation, racks and monitoring systems allows Site Reliability to provide complete solutions for a wide variety of needs. Site Reliability has chosen to associate itself with the finest manufacturers while striving to become a market leader in sales and service. Site Reliability has developed a customer base that includes consulting engineers, building owners, end-users, electrical contractors, and distributors. Our expertise has been utilized in projects on behalf of end-users such as: HP, BASF, Chevron, BP, Exxon Mobil, Halliburton, MD Anderson, Texas Children's Hospital, NASA and The Houston Chronicle. In each project, whether large or small, Site Reliability's goal was to provide the customer with a total job solution through our unique product knowledge and quality service. With over 30 years experience in technical sales/sales management, Matt Willis co-founded Site Reliability in October 2004. Previously, he spent over 10 years at a Houston-based manufacturer's rep firm. He was also Area Manager the Bussmann Division of Cooper Industries. Matt holds an Engineering Technology/ID degree from Texas A&M. Mark Morse, a 15-year industry veteran, started his career as a field service engineer in the Power Quality business with Powerware, located in the Chicago metro area. Within three years, he was promoted to applications engineer, working with consulting engineers and electrical contractors to insure end user power quality needs were being met. Mark was promoted to territory business manager for the southwest region, relocating to Texas. In October 2004, Mark left Powerware to found Site Reliability Jessica Jordan, Service Sales Jessica Jordan joined Site Reliability in April 2005. Her responsibilities include Powerware support such as quoting services contracts and battery services, and assisting customers by arranging on-site work performed by Powerware technicians. Prior to joining Site Reliability, Jessica spent seven years as project lead for a mechanical engineering and manufacturing firm.
