Simone's at 59 Franklin Street is a comfortably elegant, yet casual, restaurant in the heart of downtown Ellsworth, Maine. We have free parking across the street and we are handicap accessible.  Simone's offers international cuisines, from all around the globe, with our own special interpretation of some, and yet, we also prepare some dishes in their traditional manner as well. We prefer to classify ourselves as fine dining because eating at Simone's is a fine dining experience.  Simone's offers an excellent selection of beers, wines and spirits-also from around the globe and we believe that if you are going to indulge in great food, you should also have the same type of beverages to accompany your meal! We utilize as many local, fresh ingredients as we can, changing from season to season. Our dishes are ALL prepared fresh daily. We make our own soups, desserts, crepes, and  even some of our own pasta. Our chefs prepare stocks for our sauces which are made right in our kitchen. They do not come from a can! Simone's at 59 Franklin Street is the perfect place for a romantic evening! And, we confidently boast that we are the most romantic restaurant in Ellsworth, Maine!  We are dedicated to making your dining experience with us a exceptional with consistently great food and great service. Simone's staff is friendly, courteous and prompt. They will be  happy to accommodate to your needs, and our kitchen staff will try to attend to any special dietary restrictions and needs as well.
