Provide support to the channel teams for the purpose of identifying opportunities and assisting in development of business plans and assessments. Work closely with the user community to develop solutions based on user and business requirements. The On Premise Sales Supervisor position encompasses several skill and management levels. Included are a strong background in leadership, organizational skills, management skills, coordination of multiple jobs and/or programs running at once, the ability to communicate both clearly and consistently, and assistance in the monitoring and balancing of budgets within his/her division. Working in the field with Sales Representatives a minimum of 2 days per week is the primary focus of this position. Interaction with Suppliers, buyers and managers of accounts are all secondary responsibilities that fall with in the umbrella of responsibility with the On Premise Division. In addition the On Premise Sales Supervisor is required to visit and evaluate on premise promotions, measuring the effectiveness and impact of the promotions. Being visible to management within the account is an important responsibility and accountability of the On Premise Sales Supervisor. Finally, the On Premise Sales Supervisor is accountable to coach and train Sales Representatives on the key elements of making consistent, professional sales calls and building strong relationships in all assigned accounts.
