Shelly's Xtreme Fitness is a old school gym with a new attitude. We are for EVERYBODY! Hardcore lifters, bodybuilders, fitness enthusiasts, and all those who just want to train. We are for every age, size, and level of fitness. Whether your training for a competition or just working out, we offer a variety of free weights including hammer strength machines, selector circuit pieces, cardio, classes, and babysitting for the little ones. And for all those power-lifters and strongmen we have an outdoor facility with yokes, farmer carrys, outdoor racks, tires, ropes and chains, atlas stones, and more. We have the biggest range of open hours around with beautiful brand new showers. Open ALL holidays!
