Seldon Flats is a beautiful wetlands located in Alaska's Matanuska-Susitna Valley. The Mat-Su Valley is the fastest growing area in Alaska and this large, untouched parcel within the Wasilla core area is not only ideal for environmental preservation, but is the last large parcel available for this use. With the wetlands shown here supported by a dirt core dam the area can remain a wildlife preserve if purchased before development.
