Technicians are trained to repair most recycling/sanitation equipment makes and models. We offer professional quality repair to every new and existing customer. Our technicians can customize the units to fit the specific needs of your company such as chutes, doghouses, enclosures and custom hoppers. Most repairs are performed on-site to maximize company productivity. We offer preventative maintenance on hydraulic and electrical components to minimize costly repairs and overhauls. "PM" includes 25-point checklist, greasing of ram and all movable parts, hydraulic oil change with filter and resetting pressure system to insure maximum performance of the unit. Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist in resolving any concerns related to equipment we service. We level and secure equipment, power supply from electrical disconnect, rewire electrical motor, transformer and heaters (if equipped) to factory specifications. Adjust pressure setting for maximum performance. After any repair our technicians will check over all major components to your equipment and inform the owner of any problems that may occur in the near future.Let our technicians train your employees to operate your equipment safely and efficiently. A 25 point check, oil change with filter (recommended every 2 years), inspection of all hydraulic and electrical components, check of structure and inner walls/ram area from wear and tear of moving parts. Need customer/owners approval for additional repairs.
