The company has a joint venture agreement with Nanominerals Corporation for the development of the Clarkdale Slag Project. It specializes in the grinding, leaching, filtering and extraction of precious and base metals from the slag material. Searchlight Minerals Corporation operates a wholly owned subsidiary, Clarkdale Minerals.
