Clients are served primarily in the Houma/Thibodaux/ Metairie/ Baton Rouge, LA areas, but services are offered all throughout the U.S. We are experienced in a variety of industries including construction, property management and rentals, developers, non-profit, small local government, K-12 and college education, professional services (including doctors, attorneys, architects, & engineers), hair salons, restaurants, vehicle rentals, bars, and many more. Our primary areas of growth are in tax services, small business accounting, governmental board outsourced controller, and automating accounts payable and document workflow. We strive to stay on the cutting edge of technology. Because of this, we are able to serve clients across the U.S. due to a unique blend of powerful software choices. Many of our clients for QuickBooks support actually don't have us perform site visits. We are able to remotely login and correct errors or demonstrate tasks. We also strive to maintain costs as low as reasonably possible. The technological choices discussed above are just the start of our cost saving measures. We constructed and own our small offices so we don't have to pass the high costs of leased prime building space to you the client. Non-profits and small governmental boards such as recreation and fire districts who seek full Controller services without the expense of a full time employee especially benefit from our services. Because we have clients scattered from southern Louisiana to Alabama, we are not the typical accounting service. We often travel to even the smallest of clients and take pride in knowing the staff.
