General Info:

Its been over 50 years since Henry Schmidt made his first sausages in Steelton, PA. Fresh meats and all-natural spices and flavorings were the secret of his recipe, when he handcrafted his German-Hungarian sausage. Schmidts Sausage soon became famous for delectable fresh and smoked meat products. His daughter Mary Ann took over the business in 1975. Today, Henrys grandsons Doug and Don Jorich, proudly carry on their tradition of quality.
