Scan-Optics has been in business for 41 years providing high end solutions for data entry. Utilizing Imaging, OCR and software technologies Scan-Optics provides a cost effective, highly repeatable answer to data entry bottlenecks. Access Services is the field service department of Scan-Optics, originally servicing Scan-Optics products. In 1998, through an acquisition, Access Services was launched to provide 3rd party services to contracted OEM's and resellers to be the National Service provider for their products. Specializing in paper handling and imaging equipment, Access Services has representatives in major metropolitan areas and continues to add more representatives as our growth increases. Committed to exceptional customer satisfaction and quality of work, our field employees have an average of 15 years experience. Our call center is open 24 hours per day, 365 days per year. Taking in over 5,000 service calls annually, our nationwide network of technicians perform repairs, installations, equipment moves, preventive maintenance and customer training. We have the expertise, parts and delivery logistics to remediate every issue. We continue to monitor service issues and make appropriate adjustments to our call methodology, training and logistics to closely match customer requirements. Our contract programs are flexible and can match nearly any requirement a customer may have. On-site service, custom preventive maintenance programs, depot repair, and advanced exchange and are the major contract requests. While next business day response (NBD) is standard, we can adjust the response time according to the customer’s needs
