Hi, we’re Savarese Fight Fit. Our boxing gym is located in the West University neighborhood in Houston. Texas and we provide cross fit boxing. We’re really fond of the art of boxing, our highly qualified coaches and the experience and skill of professional boxing champions. Lastly we really care about building confidence, self-worth and a better life for every individual that walks through our gym. Our knowledgeable, professional staff is available for you and will answer any questions or arrange communication with your medical experts when needed. At Savarese Fight Fit we think of boxing as a way of life. We are here just to get people fit. We are here to help our Fight Fit fam push through any stress & life struggles. We condition you to be mentally tough just like our Heavyweight Champion Lou Savarese. The boxing ring is our stage, which is why we’ve also incorporated a ring trainer you can hit mitts with into the membership. That balance of grit, athletic authenticity, cardiovascular and resistance training that integrates both into a great aesthetic form of training. We want you leaving with a great experience, self confidence and a sense of empowerment. Safety is also our number one priority for all of our members. Our Vision is to bring real life authentic boxing training to the average individual. Whether you are a nurse, school teacher, doctor, energy trader or college student you will feel like a fighter and train with alongside athletes Our Approach is to bring the fighters to you. All of our coaches on staff are Pro, current, former and upcoming fighters in the industry that will prep you for the fight of your life. We train you just like a fighter trains for their own fights.
