In 1950, Julius Sattler and his son Al started building homes with the belief that quality and craftsmanship must never be compromised. Al's children, Mike, Julie and Joe, are the third generation to carry on this tradition by offering the same high standards of quality, design, and customer service. Al and his sons, Mike and Joe Sattler, are leaders in the community. Al and Mike have served as the President of the local home builders association. Joe has served as chairman of the local Remodeler's Council. Mike has also served as President at the state level and on the national Board of Directors. Al and Mike have been inducted into the homebuilder's Hall of Fame. Since 1950, homebuilding has evolved into a cooperative effort between the homeowner and the builder.
