General Info:

We practice and teach the Korean martial art of TaeKwonDo. We follow the tenants, forms, and sparring rules of the World TaeKwonDo Federation which is the style of TaeKwonDo used in the Olympics.  We also teach a variety of self defense techniques from several martial arts. Our students range in age from 5 years through senior citizens. No particular ability or skill level is required. Students progress at their own rate. The workout includes stretching; punching, kicking, and blocking drills, traditional forms, and sparring. The first four classes are free, with no obligation.  Individual student rates are $30 per month. Family rates are $45 per month for the whole family.
