General Info:

I am a Masters level therapist practicing in the Middle Tennessee area. I am comfortable working with any and all issues in life but mainly work with couples, individuals, and adolescent boys. I specialize in working with men who are wrestling with what it means to be a man, relationship or work issues, anger management, and confidence. I work hard to encourage men to hold onto both strength and tenderness in all relationships. I specialize in working with women who are looking to ‘find their voice’, working through issues of sexual or physical abuse, difficulty in family relationships, and self esteem.In couples work, I’m gifted at being able to bring couples to a place of sorting through issues of responsibility, sexual intimacy, emotionally connecting to bring about mutual love and respect. I also enjoy working with adolescent boys. I co-authored "So You Want to be a Teenager", a book focusing on issues that pre-teens experience as they become a teenager.  My family and I have lived in the Nashville area for 8 years.
