In order to acheive this, Sam has taken and passed 8 different examinations that measure a technician's skill in consumer relations, diagnostic techniques and repair ability for all types of domestic major appliances. His wife, Deena, is the service manager and is certified by the Professional Service Association to ensure your call will be handled professionally and efficiently.
