My name is Sally Bauer, I am a real estate broker for Coldwell Banker Advantage in Cary, NC. I started my career in 1992 working at Transamerica Real Estate Tax Service. This experience created a passion for buying and selling real estate. I gained a lot of experience about how government agencies operate and how to work with them. My next adventure was working for a family owned mortgage company in Seattle Washington. I spent 12 years learning about mortgage servicing, accounting and marketing. Honing my skills in all areas. I have a wide variety of knowledge in all aspects of real estate. I have bought and sold several properties of my own and know how the process works and sometimes how it doesn't work. I moved to North Carolina in 2006, my husband is in the Army and was transferred to Fort Bragg. The weather is so beautiful and the people are so nice in North Carolina. We love it here and have made it our permanent home. I have two wonderful boys Alex and Aidan. My family is the joy of my life. When we can we like to go camping, hiking, jet skiing or just hanging around the house. One of my first real estate experiences did not go well. I felt like my agent wasn't interested in me or what I needed. I told myself then, "when I become a real estate agent I will never have my client feel the way I did". I want to be able to educate and inform my clients, whether they are first time home buyers or experienced investors, in the buying and selling process and help ease the stress that sometimes come with this experience. I give 100% to all my clients. My goal is to have my clients walk away from the sale feeling great about the process and glad they chose me to represent them.
