Tom Saba President A native of Bakersfield, Tom received a bachelor of science degree in marketing from California State University Bakersfield. He worked for a few years at KBAK TV as an advertising account rep before co-founding his own agency, Positive Promotions, in 1984. Creative Concepts/Saba Agency was founded in 1989. Tom lives in Bakersfield with his wife and two children. He also enjoys running marathons and painting. Originally from Czechoslovakia, Peter holds a doctorate in Art and is fluent in 5 languages. He taught for 6 years before becoming a graphic designer for the movie industry in Czechoslovakia. In his free time, Peter enjoys spending time with his wife, Kathy and their son, Ryan. Creative Services Director Before coming to Saba Agency, Cathy founded and operated her own design firm, Delaney Graphics. With an extensive background in design, printing and advertising, she came to Saba Agency in 1996 where she first managed the art department, then was promoted to the position of Creative Services Director. Her design work has earned her numerous awards both locally and nationwide, including several Addy awards given by the Kern County Ad Club. When at home, Cathy enjoys spending time with her family as well as gardening, reading and traveling. Allison graduated from CSU Bakersfield with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with an emphasis in Digital Media, with minors in both Computer Science and Art. She worked in web development for CSU Bakersfield before joining Saba Agency in 2010. Allison enjoys spending time with loved ones, art, and anything music-related. Emily graduated from Azusa Pacific University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema Broadcast Arts with an emphasis in Broadcast Journalism. She interned for a Los Angeles PR firm during college then worked in public relations in Memphis, Tennessee. Emily moved back to her home town of Bakersfield in 2009 and joined the Saba Agency team in 2010. In her spare time she enjoys running, anything adventurous, and ministry. A native of Shafter, is a graduate of Bakersfield College. After college, he served three years with Uncle Sam then completed a twenty year career in finance before joining the Creative Concepts family in 2000. Tom has been our Top Producer in Sales from 2002-2007 and resides in Bakersfield with his family. Sharon joined the Saba Agency team in 2006 with 6 years of experience in sales and marketing. Prior to that, Sharon worked as an Account Executive for local Radio stations. She is responsible for acquiring new accounts, managing existing clients as well as creating and implementing Saba Agency's strategic media and marketing plans. Sharon is a sports enthusiast, loves music, and being a Mom to her 3 children. Carlos comes to Creative Concepts/Saba Agency with an extensive background in graphic design. His experience includes designing trade show displays and events as well as designing print and web as marketing director for a local mortgage company. In his spare time, Carlos enjoys cooking, and spending time with his family and friends. administerial field since 1986. After graduating from college, she began her career in Professional Accounting and joined Creative Concepts/Saba Agency in 2007.
