Our Story ROSE HAVEN NURSING CENTER has been serving Roseburg and the surrounding communities for over 50 years. Located just off Interstate Five, it is convenient to restaurants, shopping, and lodging. Rose Haven offers a full continuum of care to meet an individual’s changing medical and healthcare needs. Services include skilled rehabilitation and nursing care on a short or long-term basis due to an orthopedic condition, a prolonged illness or chronic disease. When you receive rehabilitation services at our center, you receive comprehensive care that focuses on you. With you and the other members of your interdisciplinary team, an individualized care plan is created for you with both short and long-term goals to help you reach your maximum potential. We encourage patient and family involvement in the rehabilitation process because it speeds recovery and promotes successful outcomes.
