The agency s sponsors include the United Way Rock River Valley, National Association of Homes and Services to Children and Illinois Interagency Athletic Association. It has been conferred with the Rainbow Award, Rock River Valley Gold Award, Achievement Award and Pacesetter Award. THE MILL offers a full range of residential services that include intervention and treatment for emotional and behavioral issues, lodging facilities, and services of therapeutic day and public school.
