This condition is hearing a sound in the EAR when NO sound is present. Is known AS tinnitus. Most times it is a ringing sound or buzz. Hissing, a high pitch sound which is attributed to the ringing sound. Your EAR CAN feel like it has pockets of AIR. Then after a while the AIR goes away. YOU hear a sound that is NOT from your surroundings. In other words the sound YOU hear is NOT from the outside but from inside your head. This is know AS the perception of sound.
