With more total units, more variety of unit sizes, more locations throughout the range, 24-hour on call maintenance, and 24-hour, on call, rental personnel available to assist you, we are the solution for all of your household, vehicle, and every day storage needs.
We will answer the phone and assist you at any time when you can't reach the other storage places. Our storage facilities have all steel construction, insulated concrete floors,and insulated ceilings within the units. Our units have flush mounted, hardened steel locks with the ability to add your own pad locks if you wish, and are accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
We also provide security lighting and blacktopped driveways throughout.
Mini Storage Locations: Eveleth, Virginia, MN, Biwabik, Aurora, and Cook.

5' x 10' $30.00 - Appliances, few household things, motorcycle
10' x 10' $40.00 - Household things, 1 or 2 bedroom apartment
10' x 15' $45.00 - 2 bedroom apartment, 4 wheelers w/out trailer
10' x 20' $55.00 - 2 or 3 bedroom house, car, 16' boat w/trailer
10' x 25' $60.00 - 3 or 4 bedroom house, car, 18' boat w/trailer
5' wide units have doors with a clear opening of 3'8" wide by 7'0" high.
10' wide units have doors with a clear opening of 8'8" wide by 7'0" high.

Rental Policy
Units are rented on a monthly basis, no minimum rental period.
Security deposit equal to one months rent paid at move-in.
Key deposit of $15.00 paid at move-in.
Cancel at any time with no notice.
