In 1982, Merrill Richardson and his daughter Sherree established Richardsons Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. to service the Midlands of South Carolina. After serving his country for twenty years and retiring from the United States Air Force, Merrill moved on to build his valuable experience working with a large HVAC company in Columbia, South Carolina. He used this knowledge and understanding to open Richardsons. A year and a half later, Sherrees husband, John Richardson, joined the company. With a background in maintenance and personnel management as well as a degree in psychology from Newberry College, John brought insight that helped build Richardsons into the reputable company it is today.We offer repairs on all major brands of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning equipment. All repairs are guaranteed for one year, parts and labor, and are performed by EPA certified technicians.
