William Reynolds is a graduate of Prairie View A&M University (Cum Laude) Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering in 1991, Master of Science in Electrical Engineering (Microelectronics) in 1997; worked as an Engineer at Offutt AFB in Omaha, NE (USAF Civilian Personnel), becoming self-employed in 1999 as an Independent Distributor - Retailing Seiko watches and Sterling Silver Jewelry “World Time & Accessories” (a merchant until becoming a Licensed Insurance Agent in 2005). Before becoming licensed agent in 2005, Mr. Reynolds worked independently as a Medicare Biller in 2003 (Transworld Medical Equipment) assisting Medicare and Social Security eligible clients as a “community liaison” within the senior community providing diabetic shoes, arthritis pain supplies, electric wheelchairs/scooters; also referring the Home Healthcare services of Skilled Nurse/Physical Therapy/Provider (Nations Pioneer Health Services, Inc).
