Reuna Fitness LLC offers personalized one-on-one training and small group classes for women. If you are looking for a personal trainer, it is important to find one that understands you and your goals. Contact me to set up a free initial consultation via phone or in-person to see if we are a good fit. If you aren't interested in personal training, small group classes are a great option. The various class formats are held in 8 to 12 week sessions and limited to 8 participants. If you aren't a fan of the gym or trendy studios, you may enjoy classes with us!
