General Info:

Millions of homeowners are victims of Predatory Lending, Steering, High Cost Loans, Contract Law, Commonwealth Law, Commercial Law and more. You owe it to yourself to see if you have a good mortgage or you are a victim. The site will review a number of audits which are available that will inspect your mortgage and note for possible violations and errors. When you signed for your mortgage at closing, was the lender present to sign? The answer is no. Well if that's the case, there really is no contract for a mortgage. Both parties need to sign the mortgage contract. You the homeowner need a signed copy with your signature and the lenders signature. This never happened. The good news is that you can do something about it. Our Real Estate Administrative Process addresses contract, commonwealth and commercial law. The end result is the lender cannot present a signed contract by both parties and you the homeowner might be able to get a Release of Deed and Reconveyance of Lien. Those that have a judgment or summary judgement of foreclosure, or had a mortgage with a small local bank or credit union will not qualify for this program. If you are in foreclosure with no judgment rendered, behind in payment or current with payments, you will qualify. Those of you with a foreclosure judgment may want to use our Trust ID Audit or Expanded Audit with Affidavit. When it comes to mortgage lending, in most cases you have a servicer and the investor or lender. There is a huge difference between the two. The servicer is the institution a homeowner makes their payment too. The servicer may have initially been your lender, but most likely sold your loan and now their function is to collect the payment for the owner of your note. This can be very confusing, since most servicers are well known banking institutions. A big problem we see is the lack of knowledge homeowners, attorneys and judges have when it comes to the rights of the homeowner and servicer. These servicers are trying to create loan modifications or even foreclose on a home they don't own. This is happening every day and it needs to stop. Through our audit process you can discover who truly if anyone owns your note. In millions of cases the investor has lost the note. If you are interested in getting a free consultation, or would like to attend one of our weekly information Webinars, please fill out the form on our "Contact Us" page. A Case Manager will be in touch with you on the next business day.
