Jet streams continuously flush over and across the tank bottom to carry entrained materials to the surface and then drift downward to produce a homogenous slurry. The exclusive Mulch Grinder and vortex paddle blenders minimize charging time. Amendments are quickly agitated and remain uniformly mixed throughout the discharge cycle. High solids and fiber mulch charge capabilities are realized with the turbulence generated through the system. Maintenance requirements are reduced to an absolute minimum. Reinco Power Mulchers incorporate a patented straight through direct drive, beater system. Hay or straw mulch is thrashed and separated in a uniquely contoured drum, then discharged and distributed by a high velocity air stream for an unsurpassed uniform coverage over newly seeded areas.
