Company history Finally founded in early 2010, RSCS is the creation of Jeffrey Kimnach.  Friends and family were constantly calling him to ask questions about their computers.  Jeff would always ask why they haven't taken their computer in to a repair shop and the answer was always the same: "They charge too much."
