We at RCW Construction work for one basic principal - to enhance the quality of our work and to present the best and most convenient service to our clients. We aim to exceed your expectations, and by being proactive enough to solve any and all problems, in a fashion that will leave our clients compelled to recommend us above anyone else. You can trust in us to remain organized in keeping any and all records of our interactions with you, as well as our engineers, architects, soils engineers, and city officials in order to keep you informed of all ongoing phases of the construction.   A few of our main specialties focus in the building and repair of new and existing foundations where limited access is a factor, erecting of steel cages, structural steel structures by hand, limited access drilling, and hand excavations or grading.       If work is necessary on an existing foundation and access is limited, a limited access rig will be brought in through an opening of 50 inches or more or lifted over the house with a crane. With plentiful space, truck-mounted rigs and other large, heavy equipment will be brought in to complete the required work.       When a site is located on a hillside, the proper precautions will be taken, such as the building of a temporary ramp in order to not disturb the hillside or adjacent structures. If the building is occupied during the course of our work, additional steps are taken to minimize the impact to the tenants. We have 3 competent persons certified by CAL OSHA in our staff and carry an annual permit for hand excavation to depths of 20 feet. If additional depth is required, we have an engineer that can design the needed shoring for deeper excavation. Safety for our staff and clients is of the utmost importance, as is the high quality of our work.
