Ramunto's Brick Oven Pizza The North End Our mission is to achieve and maintain such distinction in food, service, atmosphere and setting that the restaurant gains a reputation beyond compare for authentic rustic Italian here in the North End of Brattleboro. We contribute a great effort to be adamant about composting all food and paper waste, recycling, using ecologically sound products and locally sourcing ingredients when applicable. Here are some ways we contribute: *We compost all food and paper waste *We recycle all glass, plastic, non-compostable paper and reusable waste *All food products accumulated at the close of each business day is donated *We purchase products made of recycled and bio-degradable materials for all of our carry out containers and boxes *We purchase most of our beverages from local businesses. 7 out of 10 beers on tap are locally sourced from New England *We participate and support many communal events, teams, associations, and groups in our community and region
