Welcome to the Rak Vocal & Healing Clinic! I am Sheryl Rak, an experienced, inventive vocal therapist, voice teacher, vocal performance coach, alternative healing consultant, and singer. I am a consultant on issues of stage presentation, singing career, music business, vocal lifestyle prioritizing, band practice and interaction, stress reduction, performing confidence, and mental and physical health for optimal vocal production. I look forward to working with you and your singing, as you experience even more compelling, expressive vocal performing. The "Rak Vocal Care" system helps singers know how to take care of yourselves - body, mind, voice, and spirit - so you can practice and perform with strength, authenticity, dependability, and passion. I have worked with many Chicagoland area singers (including Wisconsin, Iowa, and Indiana residents), of many kinds of music, including rock, heavy metal, pop, classical, sacred, ethnic styles, gospel, R'n'B, and theater singing... My work has been referred to as "a beacon of light in the murky night of vocal distress."
