Rache Corporation is a laser cutting, welding, marking and drilling company located in Camarillo, Calif. More than 10 years ago, it developed a process to laser-cut thin metals, such as brass, copper, aluminum, stainless steel, titanium and many exotic and high temperature alloys. These metals can be cut exhibiting no edge factor, roll off or edge deformation, and hole sizes down to .002 inches in diameter can be drilled. Laser marking has become a method of choice for marking products requiring permanent, high quality graphics, serial numbers, bar codes and text. Lasers will mark on irregular and hard to reach surfaces. No inks, dyes or chemicals are used in the process. Rache also uses laser cutting on materials, such as Delrin, Teflon, Nomex, acrylics, paper, gasket materials and wood. Rache offers supplemental services, such as helium leak testing for medical, aerospace, electronic and microwave applications.
