RFP Manufacturing is a custom remanufacturer and wholesaler of soft-wood products (cedar, douglas fir, spruce, pine, hemlock, etc.). The mainstay of the business consists of a multitude of value-added remanufacturing services, including: custom moulding, planing and surfacing, re-sawing and rip-sawing, resizing, precision end-trimming (P.E.T) and chop-sawing, kiln drying, packaging, and sorting and grading of lumber to P.L.I.B. standards. The diverse capabilities of the mill allow for the production of almost any standard or custom pattern, such as Bevel and Channel Siding, Tongue and Groove Paneling, Log Cabin Siding, Groove-Back Decking, Radius Edge Decking, S4S Decking. etc. The mill also provides a multitude of other services on site, from custom sizing and packaging of dimensional lumber for jobsite and/or overseas delivery, to construction of large crane pads for shipment to the Arctic.
