We Work Within Your Budget Funding sources that assist participants include several county programs, such as JACC and CAP, as well as funding from the New Jersey State Department of Health. Our geriatrics case manager will assist you with all funding options. However, some long-term care insurance policies do provide coverage. Our application procedure includes a nurse assessment in the home or in a facility. We structure services to work within your budget. Each staff member also goes through in-service training conducted by the staff nurse once a month. We have instituted a computerized phone log-in and log-out system, to ensure staff has arrived on time, and to reduce tardiness as well as no-shows.
